I HAD TO LIFT THE GARBAGE TO OPEN IN WHICH IS EXTREMELY HARD BECAUSE IM SHORT AND THAT IS HEAVY AS WELL AND DOSENT JUST FLAP OVER YOU HAVE TO USE FORCE FOR IT TO GO OVER I HURT MYSELF LIFTING THE HEAVY GARBAGE IN THE SOILED UTILITY ROOM.
