THE THREE STAFF MEMBERS WERE TRYING TO TRANSFER THE PATIENT TO THE BED. THE PATIENT WAS NOT ABLE TO ASSIST AND STAFF WERE DOING ALL OF THE LIFTING. EMPLOYEE REPORTS IN THE PROCESS OF THIS TRANSFER HER BACK STARTED TO HURT AND SHE HAD [REDACTED] PAIN ACROSS LOWER BACK AND LEFT HIP.
