Before the incident
Employee was about to clean the Cable-vey equipment on line 3 Oil Roaster area which has a box that remains open during the cleaning process.
What happened
As the employee approached the area with the former she noticed a nut on the floor and bent down to pick it up. While doing so she rested her left hand on the edge of the open box. The Cable-vey was in motion at that time and because her glove was wet her hand slipped inside the box and came into contact with the moving pucks.
