What happened
The employee was unloading the I-Beams and other 3rd party materials he stated cutting the wire from the top I-Beam. Stood between two I-Beams of similar shape and weight. One I-Beam wasn 't sitting correctly and when the Forklift to move 3rd party material it disturbed the I-Beam that was balanced on it 's edge and fell towards the EE and struck his left lower leg knocking him to the ground and landed on top of his lower leg.
