Before the incident
Employee was driving a forklift to load a trailer on dock 1. As she began loading the trailer the trailer began to move.
What happened
A different employee removed the gladlock in error and this caused the trailer to move. As the trailer moved forward slowly the forklift fell to the ground upright. After the fall from the shock employee claims she experienced pain and stiffness on shoulders neck and lower back.
