The employee was working on repairing the Gemini in the Line 4 Flour Department attempting to loosen a bolt.

Employee was trying to unscrew a bolt with a forceful motion. Employee failed to properly align his body posture to align the ratchet and he applied pressure with his weight at an incorrect angle causing the tool to slip off the screw. When the tool slipped he felt pain on his Right Forearm and Elbow.

Strain to Right arm with decreased range of motion and pain in right elbow.

Forceful motion with poor body posture ergonomics.
