Contusion to chest knee from falling Per TM statement: while inspecting lube lines on [REDACTED] TM was behind the funnel truing to go around the rower to the other side. there was some platform grating on the tower foot beam. TM stepped onto the grating and it slipped out resulting in TM falling hitting knee and chest . TM landed on chest across a foot wide beam and impacted right knee and hand. Fingers and knuckles have small scrapes. *Grates are not part of the structure - had been left there after a deep cleaning of area
