Fall same level abrasions to right hand and arm Per TM statement : Line 16 walkway - TM was leaning up against the chain while talking to other TM. The chain hook broke which resulted in TM falling backwards and landing on their bottom. As TM fell down back of hand hit on pole resulting in abrasions to hand and also right inner upper arm. * chain was installed [REDACTED] to prevent carts bicycles from moving into designated walkway.
