Burn to left hand - index finger middle finger and thumb back of hand Per team member statement: Troubleshooting glue issues on the line 14 case packer hot [REDACTED] was looking over the top of the unit to see if there was any glue char ( burnt glue) and as troubleshooting the flashlight fell into the glue pot. TM thought they could reach the flashlight before it completely submerged and reached in.
