Had just completed [REDACTED] transfer from pt 's wheelchair to the therapy mat.
What happened
I had just completed wheelchair to therapy mat transfer c patient SBA. Next the patient 's wheelchair was folded and placed on its side on low therapy mat for better access to left wheel for donning tire (rubber ring) back on wheel. The tire required excessive pressure to be donned on wheel. [REDACTED] experienced a sharp and brief pain to lower right abdomen but then pain subsided. [REDACTED] at [REDACTED] I started experiencing a dull aching in lower right abdomen. The intensity increased with both sitting and with stretching in supine.
