Pulling the full pallet out of the bagging room using a manual pallet [REDACTED].

The injured employee was steering the pallet jack with the assistance of another employee pushing from the back of the pallet. As the employee pulled on the pallet the video shows the employee raise his right foot and he is heard stating he felt something pull in his heel.
