There were no at-risk or hazardous conditions that contributed to the incident. Since being at the counter the guests lift the bags from the counter and the only time the agent would pick up the bags is when they 're completed. We also have a bag runner who drops all our bags on the carousel. This is a typical day of operation for us. I believe this is a one off and [REDACTED] maybe picked up a bag that could have been too heavy with one hand that caused the hyperextension but again she didn 't notice it until after.

CSA hyperextended her thumb with a bag at work on [REDACTED]. Her shift was 0600-1230 and she was scheduled at the counter and to board [REDACTED] at the end of her shift. She is not sure of the exact time this happened. She did nothing strenuous or unusual for the rest of the day and evening. The [REDACTED] she woke up with pain and swelling in her right thumb and knew something was wrong. As for exact details she can 't give an exact timeline as she 's not sure when it happened since she was working my regular duties.
