Team member reported that she fell [REDACTED] coming out of the ICU side door onto the dock. She reported that she hit her head nose and both knees. She advised she went to Cobb ED around [REDACTED] [REDACTED]. CT of head and neck and Xray of both knees and right hip was done. Xrays were negative for breaks. Contusion of the knees and fall was the diagnosis. The doctor advised her to take the rest of the week off. She reported she was very sore and in pain.
