Rapid Response RN was assisting primary RN [REDACTED] and RT [REDACTED] with transport to MRI and ICU. During the transfer and sliding the patient and equipment Rapid Response RN felt discomfort on the right side of my body and my rt clavicular region. The discomfort began during the transfer process. Shortly after I began noticing an increase in discomfort swelling and pain. The tension and bulging is across my right shoulder extending down my upper ribcage and clavicle area. Since the event I have continued to feel more discomfort when using my right side.
