What happened
House keeping employee stated that as she was coming off the staff elevator down in the basement that she was pulling out cart she slipped fell and hit her head. I looked at camera and according to the cameras it look as if employee got dizzy and fell then cart fell on top of her. Upon trying to stand up it looked as if she was so dizzy she was unable to get up. Housekeeper supervisor tried to assist patient up but was unable to so she called for help and once employee was upright she vomited on the floor. Employee was then taken to ED by staff.
