What happened
Employee was taking stairs from top floor of parking deck and fell on fourth floor stairs. During fall left leg caught on stair and knee twisted inward. Employee felt pop and immediate intense pain. Employee was assisted to elevator by two other employees and made it into building. Reported immediately to OR charge nurse and told to create safer.
