Approximately 1505 on [REDACTED]. I was walking from the 2nd waiting area back towards the registration area. rounding the corner there and foot clipped the chair sitting in that area. I fell onto my right hip. I was able to get up unassisted. There is pain in the hip like maybe a bruise to the muscle. I believe the fall was witnessed by my co-worker [REDACTED].
