[REDACTED] RN helping pt to bedside commode as pt received golytely prep. RN assisted pt back to bed and proceeded to take bsc bucket to bathroom to clean it. Pt called out that she needed to go again and was trying to get out of bed by herself. RN proceeded to turn around with bucket and hit right hand on moveable handrail with immediate swelling to right index finger. Proceeded to help pt again to bathroom but unable to bend finger.
