See description

A 275lbs male pt was brought to room 312B at [REDACTED]. I did not know pt was here until [REDACTED] due to me being in another pts room for 45 mins. Nurse stated that he was a mess and we would need to bathe him. I was given no information on this pt until I seen him sitting on the side of the bed with the bed in lowest position to the floor. Pt could not get his legs in the bed so I had to lift them and swing them in the bed. Nurse was in the room but did not help. I didn 't lift the bed because pt could have fallen out of the bed.
