Stepping off packer platform.

Production technician was stepping of the [REDACTED] packer platform onto an intermediate step to access the floor. While stepping onto this step associate tripped and fell to the left side landing on the concrete floor. Associate reported her shoulder hitting first followed by her head. Associate was wearing a bump cap which took some of the impact on the left side of her head.
