EE was attempting to exit the semi-trailer in a crouched position after performing inventory.

As the employee moved forward his right foot caught on the end of the trailer opening causing the employee to lose balance and fall forward out of the trailer landing on his left knee.

The resulting injury was a dislocated and fractured left hip.
