What happened
Working with a patient who needed a note for insurance auth for rehab stroke pt who had dialysis earlier in the day. Had a 2nd person with me and sat pt on EOB which was dependent assist of myself and the tech w pt not assisting at all- pt also has AKA on the non stroke side. Sitting balance was poor w pt grabbing onto rail making his balance worse with this therapist preventing pt from loosing balance and falling off bed. Aborted further sitting w pt returned to supine with dependent assist of myself and tech- pt not assisting actively resisting and would let go of rail making safe return to supine very difficult
