What happened
Around [REDACTED] [REDACTED] came to me and said that his back was hurting while doing his job. When I asked him did he hurt it here on the job he said no. He said that he was in a prior car accident in [REDACTED] and his back gets aggravated from time to time. The 1st day he did not went to the hospital and the next day he came in [REDACTED] saying the same thing about his back. so he left early and he did get seen on the [REDACTED]
