What happened
[REDACTED] was assisting patient into her vehicle on [REDACTED] when she felt a pull in her lower back. Patient was assisted to the vehicle. CP [REDACTED] attempted to walk off the injury but ended up calling CRN [REDACTED] [REDACTED] to let her know about the injury due to the pain continuing. CP [REDACTED] stated it was better for a few days but started to feel the lower back pain return today on [REDACTED].
