TM was assisting operators during changeover

Wrist Strain - Left hand Per TM statement : TM was helping the carton former operator remove a pallet of caps. The mezzanine gate was stuck on top of the pallet. Pulled the pallet with the manual pallet jack while holding strap of gate with left hand . Whne the gate dropped cleared the pallet it pulled on left wrist with power and felt minor pain after event when twisting wrist.
