OPERATOR HAD HIS APRON ON AND REMOVED THE CLAMPS AROUND THE FLEX COUPLING. HE COULDN 'T GET THE TOP ELBOW PIPE COMPLETELY OFF SO HE LOOSENED THE CLAMP UNDER THE PRODUCT BOWL. UPON LOOSENING THE ELBOW RAISED ABOVE THE FLEX COUPLING AND SPRAYED HOT WATER AT HIS CHEST.
