Associate was attempting to put tape on top of the C-Load flags and one of the tapes didn 't rip. Associate attempted to do it at an angle and put his left hand down near the tape to hold it. The tape ended up ripping before his hand was in position and the metal cutters on the tap gun hit the top of his ring finger resulting in a cut.
