Associate was attempting to pick an item from the [REDACTED] from B Level. The box itself wasn 't heavy but was wide. He tried to bring it down safely but his hand holding one end slipped and he tried catching it by using one of the holes in the box. When his finger went inside the hole his pointing finger got cut by the metal piece that was inside the box.
