setting up front hatch on tanker for CIP

When setting up the front hatch on [REDACTED] for CIP reached out for the bar and started to fall forward. Employee caught himself on the bar as he was slipping when kneeling over the manhole cover the on bay1 side and that is when he jammed the right shoulder. All proper PPE including the harness was being utilized.
