What happened
At approximately [REDACTED] the TM set drill down on their work bench. Drill with drill-bit attached fell hit the ladder and redirected towards the TM 's calf. TM member affixed a bandage of sorts with a clean napkin. TM immediately notified the closest ERT member [REDACTED] and was taken to the first aid room. TM member received a new bandage and filled out the orange folder paperwork for the incident and chose to be seen off site. Two ERT TM 's escorted [REDACTED] to the company vehicle. *Note: Correct PPE worn TM wearing shorts
