Drilling holes in crossmember
What happened
Team member was drilling holes in crossmember in HDR body. When team member was drilling holes he put his hand in the wrong location and when the hole punched through the aluminum crossmember it also drilled through his welding glove and drilled into his hand. The drill bit did not go through his hand; it just drilled the surface of the hand. He told a nearby team lead and team lead got ERT and then was driven to the hospital. Team member was wearing proper PPE and he was on a ladder when drilling the holes.
