Grinding down welds
What happened
TM was grinding down the welds on center module frame at corner holding the grinder in awkward position. Grinder did kick back and strike his left forearm causing the pad to hit and move up the forearm. TM hand was off the trigger when it went in motion towards him and grazed his forearm. TM stopped his action to look over the affected area. Was able to go back to work [REDACTED] went to Walk-in.
