TM reported to me on [REDACTED] that he had a follow up visit with physical therapist [REDACTED] regarding discomfort and pain he was experiencing in his right shoulder. He said that the [REDACTED] he had started to feel pain in his right shoulder in the evening following the end of his shift. He stated that he had been loading larger glass into the [REDACTED] washer over the weekend and feels the repetitive actions may have caused some inflammation. He called the therapist [REDACTED] and was seen and a follow up visit was requested for [REDACTED]. The physical therapist suggested he be seen by Urgent Care for further evaluation.
