What happened
Noticed shoulder discomfort while working at workstation in the laboratory in [REDACTED]. Workstation is unable to be adjusted counter height fixed computer height fixed. Eventually became worse and after 3-4 weeks of consistent discomfort decided to get it checked out. I was referred to PT and diagnosed with shoulder impingement with likely biceps tendonitis.
