Pulling needle after blood draw and grazed hand

Attempting to draw pt blood unsuccessful so as I was pulling away the butterflysyringe before I could activate the safety it must have grazed by hand. I did not feel it but when I pulled my glove off there was blood on my hand. I thought I got this from cleaning up but later noticed a spot on the back of my hand at the place where the blood was. I found the blood glove and there was a tiny hole in the glove.
