Separating bundles
What happened
He was trying to separate two bundles to get a chain gap. He used a bar slid into the end of one of the bundles. He then had the crane operator pick up the end of the bundle to slide it over and set it back down. When the bundle was set back down the chain moved under his hand that was still on the pry bar. The crane then unexpectedly picked the bundle back up with the chain catching his right hand between the pry bar and the crane chain pinching his 2 little fingers
