Processing product onto kit carts
What happened
Employee was performing sort activities processing boxed product and loading it onto the kit carts. While he was lifting a box of bolt onto the top shelf of the kit cart and setting on the shelf the cart began to roll away and the box slipped from his hands. Upon the box falling Employee attempted to stop the box from falling with his left leg causing the box to strike his left knee causing injury.
