What happened
Employee was team lifting a mower deck box with a fellow employee when the corrugate hand hold failed and ripped causing the weight of the box (72# mower deck) to shift to his left hand. During the weight shift his left hand snapped backwards causing a “pop” in his wrist and onset of pain.
