What happened
Employee was performing Material Handling activities processing boxed product from the Reach [REDACTED] onto a Tugger cart. Once he finished consolidating product to the cart he returned onto his Reach [REDACTED] lift and began driving away. Upon driving the employee felt a sharp pain in his left side of his lower back which persisted and made it difficult to sit and get on off of the lift.
