Connecting filler to CIP (clean in place).
What happened
Employee was connecting the piping from the filler to the CIP (clean in place). Employee started the CIP and there was no flow going to the filler. Upon looking for the cause the employee noticed the supply line was capped. When the employee removed the cap there was pressure in the line and the pipe swung and hit the employee in the face causing them to fall off a mobile platform less than 4 feet from the floor.
