Mr [REDACTED] came to dispatch with a bloody finger. he had a napkin and some tape wrapped around it. i asked him what that was and he said oh this here? this happened at home i told him to at least clean it off at the first aid kit and use some ointments and new bandages. i helped him remove the old bandaging and gave him some anti septic towelettes. i also handed him extra bandaids so he can have throughout the day. he carried on with his day. it wasnt until the following day that he advised us
