When performing the alley hook up on [REDACTED] the operator noticed the tube had fallen off of the rollers near the DMS. When the operator attempted the put the tube back on the rollers it broke but the momentum and speed from the tube being pulled by the belts kept the tube moving forward. The broken end cut the employee on the right pinky finger through the glove.
