At [REDACTED] 1500hrs Room Attendant [REDACTED] approached Security at the Timekeeper booth to report an injury. Ms. [REDACTED] stated that while on the 3rd floor at [REDACTED] [REDACTED] today ([REDACTED]) she suddenly felt some pains discomfort throughout her upper back when she bent over to resupply her cart with linens. Mrs. [REDACTED] further stated that during the course of the day the pain discomfort steadily grew in intensity and has now started to cause her pain discomfort when she breathes. Ms. [REDACTED] has refused all medical assistance offered at this time but stated that she was finished for the day and was going directly to the hospital once off property.
