What happened
At approximately [REDACTED] Watch Engineer [REDACTED] approached Security at the Timekeeper booth to report an injury. Mr. [REDACTED] stated that on [REDACTED]) at approximately [REDACTED] he had entered the crawl space directly above the Employee Cafeteria (Mezzanine level) to try and locate the source of a water leak that appeared to be coming from the 2nd floor. Mr. [REDACTED] further stated that while crawling through said space he felt a pop sensation in his left shoulder and that shortly after that he started experiencing the sharp pain discomfort. Mr. [REDACTED] also stated that due to the incident his range of motion of his left arm is currently limited due to the pain discomfort. Mr. [REDACTED] has refused all medical assistance offered opting instead to go on his own accord to the nearest urgent care office at this time.
