What happened
On [REDACTED] at approximately [REDACTED] this writer responded to room 704 for an employee injury. Upon arrival housekeeping room attendant Ms. [REDACTED] stated that had an injury. Ms. [REDACTED] stated that while she was fixing the bed sheets she tripped and fell over when her feet were entangled with the sheets causing her to fall over and strike her left forearm with the nightstand causing pain. Ms. [REDACTED] refused any medical assistance and stated that she would be going home when she finished the room because of the pain.
