Employee stated she was assisting a guest by retrieving towels from the shelving of her cart to give to guest. As she was doing so her stack of sheets. Which was still tied up and on top of her cart fell on top of her head and that the plastic strap holding the sheets together scraped the right side of her face. (Right cheek bone)
