What happened
hooked my foot on one of the spokes of a rolling office chair. It caused me to fall into the counter and cabinets and onto the floor.

I was drawing blood in the pt left hand . the pt jerked there hand after taking out need. Attempted to use saftey lock when pt jerked hand again. Needle punctured my left middle finger.Charge nurse eva and nursing supervisor notified.
