What happened

Assisting RN with obtaining Urine sample via an In and Out Cath when the patient became anxious stating he was dying clenching chest then patient proceeded to throw lower body off of bed and hitting the posterior portion of the left knee causing both knees to buckle at an angle

Provided incontinence care linen change and then pulled the pt up in bed with assistance of RN. While pulling pt up using a drawsheet she felt a pinch in her back and then pain.
