Mercy Medical Surgical RN states that they were called in to assist a stroke patient in patient room 4302 that was attempting to get out of bed. EE states that the patient started to yell at the EE and other staff get out of my house and called the EE a fat pig . EE states that the patient was wet and incontinent and they were screaming at them to be changed. EE states while changing the patient the EE struck the EE on the right arm and right wrist. EE states that security was called.
