What happened
Maker was pulling a cart walking backwards. The cart was loaded with steel drawer fronts. The maker stated that one of the wheels hit debris on the floor causing the wheel to lock up and the cart to tip back towards him. The cart handle struck him mid-foot on his right foot. EHS was notified and after initial evaluation EMT were notified.
